Microsoft Unlocked is an interactive storytelling hub celebrating innovation, creativity, and their impact on the world. To mark the launch of the Xbox Pride controller and celebrate gamers across all communities, we created an immersive experience centered on the stories of the LGBTQI community, designed as a journey of discovery, connection, and inclusivity. Visitors enter through a dynamic animation of Pride flags and explore the controller itself, where hovering over each flag reveals deeper insights into the identities and lived experiences they represent. Blending rich storytelling with intuitive interactivity, the experience fosters empathy while celebrating diversity and the power of representation.
