When the pandemic forced the world into remote work overnight, we partnered with Microsoft to show that Teams wasn't just a video call, it was the connective tissue holding businesses, classrooms, and communities together. It started with "More Ways to be a Team," which leaned into the emotional truth that people weren't just missing meetings, they were missing each other. Then we took it a step further with "The Power of Teams," throwing out the traditional production playbook entirely, no director, no crew, no video shoot, and creating a series of films made completely on Teams itself, capturing real people at real businesses during actual Teams meetings.
